Where is the market evidence that such commercial development in an out of town location will ever be occupied with little or no amenity?
Out of town office developments are dead. What is the parking ratio per sq ft of office? 1 space for how many square feet?
How will the end value be achhieved?
Where will the support for botth WWFC and Wasps come from? Why will 10,000 extra fans visit per home game? Where will these fans come from?
Why were WWFC stewards accosting fans by our petition table before games? By the way we have photos of them before and after.
